HearingFitness feature records the daily use of your hearing aids.
If there is a connectivity issue between the app and your hearing aids then it can affect the accuracy of the data collected.
As a first step, we recommend making sure that your phone is not in "Low Power Mode", as this mode might not allow the app to stay on and to collect data from the Hearing Aids.
As a second step, we suggest that the app should be left open and running in the background on your phone at all times.
Note that when you re-open the app, it may take a few minutes before you see the correct data.
If the data is not updated, try to switch away from the Hearing Fitness feature to any other feature in the app and then back to Hearing Fitness again. This should prompt the reading to be re-calculated.
