What program to use for meetings?

For a work meeting situation with several people sitting around a rectangular and all of them talking at different times, which Companion Program would you use?

Severe to profound hearing loss for me. I have experimented with the different programs and different spots around the table.The last meeting I used the “listen live” option on my phone and just turned it to whomever was speaking. Still not great(some people are to soft spoken) but it did seem better.
